I think I may be addicted to these little gourds! Everytime I go to the local farmstand, I find I NEED to get a few more. They are so cute! And colorful! And fun to paint! Is there a 12-step program for gourd addicts??!
At any rate, I am sure you will be seeing a few more in upcoming paintings - at least until the season is over ;-)

Ha ha! I also think these little gourds are really cute and you did a great job of capturing that and the texture/detail in this painting. You certainly can't ask for a better still life subject for fall, can you :) ?
