This is another little one I completed while in Maine.
I plan to take some of these fun fruit and vegetable paintings to the show at the Wenham Museum on Saturday. Any ones left after the show will be at West Village Provisions through the month of September.
Still finishing up a few North Shore scenes to deliver on Friday. These little scenes are great fun to paint. And it seems like a lot of people like seeing these familiar places. I will be doing something similar with scenes from Haverhill for a show next month. Time to get back to the easel....

These are beautifully rendered, Debbie. The shadows and highlights are just perfect! I think if I was a still life painter, I'd do peppers a lot; they are such an attractive vegetable :).
